By most people’s standards, we are already successful people. We both played Division 1 sports, and Jim was a professional athlete for over a decade. We make great income from corporate sales and real estate, have a good marriage and a happy family.

I have always been a go-getter, and feel as though I have been on a strong personal growth journey for a considerable length of time. I study podcasts, attend conferences, and am an avid reader.


We live in a day where there is a ton of great information readily available to all who are seeking to learn.


But, I have found that what I really needed is something I cannot receive from those resources. They can’t get to know me. They can’t understand my specific situations and challenges. They certainly can’t personally acknowledge when I am doing things well thus validating that I’m on the right track. 


Books can’t understand my strengths and weaknesses. Podcasts can’t recognize my internal upper limits that could potentially hold me back from accomplishing all that I am capable of.


For those key tasks, I needed to find the rare combination of someone who has both proven high-level success in life and is highly skilled at communicating and strategizing the accomplishment of the hugely important life goals that I am pursuing.

I was beginning my entrepreneurial journey, working my day job and building a business on the side, all while raising my daughter. I was busy and not sure how to get to the next level.
